How do I place an order?

1. Click on the "Get A Quote" button at the top of the page
2. Fill out the form and we'll email you a quote.
In August 2020
- Visit the customization center (coming in August 2021)
- Add the item (cleat, shoe, etc) to the cart
- Add any additional customization options
- Pay for your order
- Download the customization form
- Fill out the customization form
- Send the item (s) PLUS the customization form to the address listed at the bottom.
Is the shoe included in the price?
No.
The customer is responsible for sending us anything we are customizing. We do not purchase cleats or items on behalf of the customer.
Where do I send the cleats, shoes, or items to get customized?
Once you place your order, you will be required to download the customization form. The mailing address is listed at the bottom of this form.
What is the turnaround time per order?
Because every iLL Cre8ion is a one-of-a-kind piece and is carefully handcrafted, please allow at least 3-6 weeks
for completion and shipping per pair. Multiple pairs per order will need additional time implemented into the turnaround time and will be discussed individually once an order has been placed.
How durable is the paint you use on the items you design?
We use a special paint that is both durable and flexible; we then apply a special seal for the entire shoe. Shoes are fully wearable, they should all be considered custom art and worn at your own risk. Note: Like any pair of shoes, these can be damaged by scuffs or scraping.
We will touch-up or repair any of our items for the life of the product. This only applies to the artwork and paint, in case of damage. Please feel free to email us and we will take care of touching up the items, in most cases at no cost, but for no more than a small fee. You pay the shipping to and from.
Can I get a custom design if I wanted something unique?
Absolutely! We will work closely with you to create your project. We are willing to work with just about any shoe. If you can imagine it, let me create it... feel free to call/email anytime! Please allow 3-6 weeks turnaround time for these projects to be completed. Please note: iLLustratiVe Cre8ions reserves the right to not accept all custom requested orders based upon artistic integrity.
Do I send my shoes or cleats to you, or do you supply them?
Customers are responsible for supplying the shoe or cleat as we do not stock these items. They must be in new or in like new condition to ensure a quality result. Please contact us with additional questions. Items can be sent to the address on the contact form. White cleats/shoes are preferred and highly recommended.
How do I care for my shoes or cleats after they are designed?
Do not scrub the shoes with any kind of brush or scrubber, or polish the shoes. We recommend using a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild window cleaner to remove any dust or dirt. Avoid any harsh cleaners that contain xylene or acetone, as these will damage the coating, paint, and even the leather
